We achieve this by having consistent quality control procedures in place for you and from feedback from our customers. All our photography prints are made and printed to order and not bulk printed. We are always here to help you, our customers, and answer any of your questions. Below is some information on buying our prints or cards.
THE PRINTING PROCESS
We use Fujicolor Crystal Archive Professional Type DP II Matt paper for your prints which offers the widest colour gamut, maximum density for pure whites, deep blacks and excellent colour saturation and sharpness. Plus it has the highest level of image stability as the print paper is acid free using archival inks to guarantee that they last a lifetime without fading or loss of colour, making it the ideal paper for display purposes.
Rest assured that if it's your first fine art photography print or it's a gift for a loved one that you are buying, all our prints and cards through a rigorous quality control process before they are sent to you.
Print delivery cost to your location or country is calculated at checkout. Delivery is free to UK addresses.
Greetings cards and boxes of greetings cards are delivered free to UK addresses only. Rest of the World shipping prices are calculated at the checkout.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but hey sometimes it arrives and it might not be the print or card that you were looking for. We appreciate that it isn’t always easy to imagine how a print will actually look in your home or space. When it arrives and you do not want it, for whatever reason, you can send it back to us for a full refund.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery via email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a returns form and issue a refund on receipt of the print(s) or card(s) within 14 days. The print(s) or card(s) must be unused and in the same condition as sent to you.
IF YOUR PRINT(S) OR CARD(S) ARE DAMAGED
Please email us a photo of the damage within 24 hours and we will send a returns form and send you a replacement(s).
